Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within your blitzbet account and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. All content on the blitzbet Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of blitzbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the blitzbet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of blitzbet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, blitzbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
blitzbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your blitzbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
blitzbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. blitzbet is not responsible for any damage to your device or data resulting from your use of the Platform.
blitzbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified real money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any applicable fees as disclosed on the Platform.

Nothing in this clause limits blitzbet's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
